We do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including style, material, accessories are as per your choice and we are not likely to sell it to anyone else.
For other products, returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days if you have a proof of purchase.
The 14 calendar days period starts from the date the customer receives the product.
a)return the product back to the store and in this case you are charged with the transport costs
b) choose to return to our showroom with your physical presence without any shipping charges.
In both cases you will need to submit the receipt.
In every case, the products should be returned in a perfect condition,
without damage, scratches, and with their original tags.
If there is a mistake on our part in sending your order, the shipping and return costs are solely on our store.
However, if you do not want to keep the product you ordered for your own reasons you will be charged by the return costs.
We have 14 calendar days to process your return and send you the money back. This period is counted starting from the day all the products return to our warehouse.

WARNING: Returns of products purchased from our physical stores will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his own expenses.
Swimwear and underwear returns are also not accepted due to hygiene reasons.
Whether you return the product to the distribution center or you return it to our showroom, the reverse payment will be done the same way that the purchase was paid (bank deposit, card, PayPal).
The only exception is for payments with cash on delivery, for which the reverse payment will be done with bank deposit.
